Our Chef
Meet our head chef, Melissa Gisselle Jimenez. With over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our menu. Her passion for cooking is evident in every dish she creates. Born into a Cuban household, her childhood was filled with fricase de pollo, picadillo y salsa! Music was ever flowing, the smell of garlic mojo was mouth watering. She has always had a passion for sharing her love with others through her food. It is her dream to one day sail the seven seas and feed the world! Having experienced hardships and homelessness, she is determined to give back whenever she can. She believes in going above and beyond for every single person she serves. You literally can taste her love with every bite!
